    Why do Greek letters look wrong in CSV files?

    Old programs save CSV in the Windows-1253 encoding while new ones use UTF-8. The tool detects both. You can also choose one by hand.

    Are dates converted?

    Dates stay as text so that nothing is changed by guessing. Numbers can be saved as numbers.

    Is the file uploaded?

    No. It is converted in your browser.
